ID Logistics takes over the operations of the Auchan distribution centre in Lędziny, Poland
As a major player in contract logistics, ID Logistics is strengthening its cooperation with Auchan Poland, a long-standing customer. In charge of a warehouse of the brand in Mszczonów (central-eastern Poland) for more than 8 years, ID Logistics will now take care of the operations of the distribution center in Lędziny (south-west of the country), from where deliveries are shipped to points of sale in southern Poland. The site is dedicated to the storage of dry and fresh food products as well as products requiring temperature-controlled storage (dairy products, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables).

DIA sales increase 3.2% in Q1 2023, Spain drives results
Spanish retail group DIA has reported sales worth €1.78bln in the first quarter of its financial year, up 10% from the same period in 2022. The positive performance, especially in Spain and Portugal, allowed for a fourth consecutive positive quarter in net sales. In Portugal, like-for-like sales grew by 8.3% and net sales by 3.2%, to €140.5mln, offsetting the 7% reduction in store network and a decline in volume.
