On the 3rd of May, the organizer of the Interfresh Eurasia Exhibition trade show had a press meeting in İzmir, together with the Türkiye Aegean Exporters Union. For the first time since 2018, the event will take place in Izmir between 26-28 September 2024.
"The city treated us well, although we have five months to the show, we have already exceeded our participant targets. As of today, we have more than 200 companies registered to Interfresh in Izmir, from all around Türkiye and from the region," says Murat Özer, Interfresh general coordinator.
It looks like it will be the Interfresh's largest event to date. "September 2023 has been an excellent show for us," Özer states. "Traffic has been outstanding and more than 44 countries visited the show within the first two days, we have a lot of interaction especially with the European and Middle East customer base and also from far East and US base customers" he added. "All in all, as of today the show has already expanded 200% and covered all regulations of Türkiye.
"As the show is serving all regulations of Türkiye if you are interested in buying any fruit or vegetables produced in Türkiye, you will find all in Interfresh. The event focuses on the international market, with 10 international exhibitor countries and over 60 visitor countries," Özer concludes.
