Boutique marketing agency hires new marketing manager
FullTilt Marketing is pleased to announce the recent hire of Jodi Hogerton, who has joined the agency as Marketing Manager, focusing on content creation and driving brand engagement for FullTilt Marketing’s client portfolio.
“I’ve always been passionate about food, and this position provides the perfect intersection of my talents, passions, and training,” Hogerton says. “I see so much opportunity in sharing food stories and building meaningful connections between consumers, the food we eat, and the people who produce it. FullTilt is helping shape the story of the fresh produce industry, and it’s exciting to be part of that.”
Hogerton joins the FullTilt team with seven years of experience working in marketing and communications. For the past five years, Hogerton worked as Marketing Director for Omnigo Software. There, she helped increase revenue through lead generation and customer engagement while building a wider audience for the niche software supplier through branding and storytelling. While at Omnigo, Hogerton led a successful rebranding effort following an acquisition and subsequent merger.
“I’m looking forward to applying my communication skills and experience with branding and engagement in the fresh produce industry. Technology is playing an increasing role in food production, marketing and retail, and I’m excited to bring my knowledge from the software industry into this field,” she says.
In addition to her experience in the software industry, Hogerton has extensive experience working with tech startups as well as non-profits in a marketing consultant capacity. Before working at Omnigo, Hogerton served as Director of Communications for Ganga Ghar, a Nepal-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty through education. She still serves on the board for Ganga Ghar.

Hogerton is a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, where she received a Master of Arts in foreign language and literature. An avid reader, writer, and traveler, Hogerton finds that her background in multi-cultural communication has been an asset in her marketing career, and looks forward to putting her skills to work on behalf of FullTilt Marketing and their portfolio of clients.
