China: Yizhang Navel oranges now available in Hong Kong

The Hunan Import and Export Office of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine announced that recently a shipment of 10 tons of Navel oranges from Yizhang, under the brand name "Long Da", passed through the Chenzhou Office for Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine. A total of 1,000 boxes of Navel oranges passed the qualifications and went on to Hong Kong. This is the first time that high-quality fruit from Chenzhou has been exported to Hong Kong. Yizhang is located in a region where China's high-quality citrus production is concentrated. The surface area devoted to Navel orange production is approximately 12 thousand hectares.
