For several years, the Institute for Sustainable Nutrition of the Münster college has been working on the reduction of avoidable food waste. In cooperation with ALDI SOUTH, they will assist in the sale of the "Crooked things" by using scientific methods. The primary goal is to find the cause of food waste and to identify more potential ways of reducing it.
