On 26 August, the 2017 Sichuan Flowers and Plants (Fruit) Ecotourism Festival and the 10th edition of the Chengdu Kiwi Festival were held in Pujiang county, Chengdu.
This activity was held by the Sichuan Forestry Department and the Chengdu Government, organized by the Pujiang government and Chengdu Tianfu Brand Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. The Sichuan Ecotourism Association, Chengdu Forestry and Landscape Management Bureau, Chengdu Agricultural Committee, and Chengdu Tourism Bureau also cooperated. Around 600 people attended the ceremony, among whom were leaders and experts from relevant organizations like the Ministry of Agriculture, State Forestry Administration, provincial leaders, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science, Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Science, Sichuan Forestry Planning and Design Institute, Sichuan Agricultural University and the Sichuan Kiwi Processing Technology Development Center, fruit marketeers from all over the country, such as Beijing Xinfadi Agricultural Produce Market, Zhejiang Jiaxing Fruit Market, Guangzhou Jiangnan Market, Jingdong, Ali, Xin Nongtang, agricultural WeChat businesses, and iFresh, and representatives from agricultural companies and different media.
