Suja Juice has taken the health benefits from apple cider vinegar and created beverages that everyone can enjoy. “At Viva Fresh, we’ll be showing our Suja line of cold-pressed juices and we’re also going to be featuring our new drinking vinegars,” said Jessa Bustamante, regional sales director for Suja Juice. “We recently developed our drinking vinegars line and launched in the market last fall.”
Suja’s products are available at national and regional retailers within the USA. “We decided to follow the drinking vinegar trend early because our consumers have responded so well to probiotic beverages and kombuchas.” Visitors at the expo will be able to sample some of the juices and drinking vinegars.
Suja juices are USDA Certified Organic and HPP (High Pressure Processed) – meaning no heat is applied to the product, which Bustamante says makes them especially delicious. “What’s amazing about the HPP process is that it preserves the juice, locking in its fresh taste and also retaining the juice’s essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are otherwise lost during heat pasteurization methods.”
Each bottle of drinking vinegars is a blend of apple cider vinegar or coconut vinegar, cold pressed juice, plus four billion live probiotics. “Apple cider vinegar can taste pretty harsh on its own, but our new vinegar line balances the vinegar with the other ingredients for the perfect balance of flavor. They’re delicious!”
