Established in 1987 in Bologna, GNA Srl operates in the automatic machine sector for the packaging of fresh and fresh-cut produce. In addition to its strong presence on both the domestic and international markets and its know-how, the company can also count on a wide range of products - flow-pack horizontal packagers, VFFS vertical packagers, filling systems, stretch packagers, weighing systems and complete lines, pick&place solutions and clamshell sealers.
At the 25th edition of Fruit Logistica, in order to celebrate its 30th anniversary, GNA presented octagonal tray filler V 80 S which, together with flow-pack tray filler RVA-100, defines a new range of products entirely dedicated to filling.

GNA doesn't only design and manufacture stand-alone machines, it also produces complete lines. It meets its clients different needs by developing increasingly innovative and high-performing systems and machines. And it is precisely this great attention to client demands that enables GNA to face new challenges every day.

GNA doesn't focus only on packaging, as it also develops solutions for the management of high production standards, from produce input at the start of the line to its placement in cardboard or plastic crates ready to be loaded on pallets and delivered.
RVA-100 was the new solution introduced in 2014 in GNA's filler range. It is compatible with all flowpack packaging system and can be used to fill all types of plastic and cardboard crates.

RVA-100 can automatically place trays in crates. They move on a conveyor and accumulate until they form a complete layer, which is then placed into a crate. The machine is made of stainless steel and managed by a PLC with a simple and intuitive touch screen panel.
The three brushless servomotors enable the achievement of high-performances and a precise crate filling. The electric panel is placed inside the machine, making the RVA-100 smaller and easier to clean. It works with both cardboard and plastic crates.
