Norway: Star Reefers reaches agreement with JFC
Norwegian company, Star Reefers, says it has reached a satisfactory solution to a dispute with Russian fruit importer JFC. The High Court had awarded the Star Reefers $16.5 million in damages for violation of charter contracts for three refrigerated cargo ships, but JFC, the Russian company, had failed to pay.
Star have said that the terms of their agreement with JFC are confidential.
