Australian Sable seedless black grapes available
Sable seedless black grapes have an intense rich sweetness with distinct muscat overtones and tropical aroma. Because of their high sugar content - half glucose and half fructose - they add a robust, sweet and juicy contrast to salty, smoked, creamy or crunchy foods.
Sable seedless black grape berries are round, plump and jet-black with a firm, crunchy texture.
Their seedless attribute increases their versatility and makes them a preferred choice for fresh fruit platters. Arranged attractively with other gourmet foods, they add bold colour and a smooth textural contrast.
Sable seedless grapes are perfect in leafy salads where they work well with the bitter leaves of Treviso radicchio and witlof. They also add an individual flavour pop when used to garnish pavlovas, cheesecakes and tarts.
Sable seedless are a Perfection Fresh specialty line. A late-season variety, they are available now, until March.
