Unitec presents the electronical fruit grader UNI_VERS© (PHOTO UNI_VERS) ideal for long and irregular shaped fruit and vegetables manufacture as, for example, every sort of pears and in particular Abate Fetel pears, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, cucumber, artichokes, etc.



UNI_VERS© is equipped with a new transportation and unloading system specifically designed and created to size with a high precision, either by weight or by diameter, assuring the highest gentleness. On the fruit grader you can also install the colours and shape imperfections selection.

UNI_VERS© avails itself of a transportation system with fruits casing step of 180 and 270 mm and the possibility to unload with gentleness directly on the manufacture bench or on powered conveyor belts.

UNI_VERS© assures the highest gentleness thanks to the gradual unloading system avoiding to the manufactured product any jumps. It’s designed in order to guarantee simple functions that require low management and maintenance costs.

UNI_VERS© can be supplied in different models in accordance with the kind of selection: in accordance with the weight, the colour, the optics gauge and with optional systems of quality selection. The fruit grader works until 12 gauge classes and has a productive capacity till 16200 sectors/hour per channel and it can be created in one or two channels version.
