Himachal Pradesh government has presented a Rs 440-crore organic farming project to Japan International Cooperative Agency for collaboration, chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal said today. Addressing the Agriclture conference 2010 organised by HP Agriculture Services Association here, he said developed countries were reverting back to organic farming and India which practiced organic farming for centuries must take a lead.
