Russia is a growing market for Pakistani exporters
Russia is an emerging market for Asia. According to the Spokesman of Harvest Tradings the export target of Pakistan is US $20 Billion for the year of 2009/10 and Russia have import specifically in Food and Agriculture sector US $ 35.2 Billion from the world.
The CEO of Harvest Tradings Mr. Ahmad Jawad have urged with Ministry of Food and Agriculture and PHDEC to play a vital role in this subject for export of Citrus and Mangoes in order to strengthen the process with the help of Pakistan High Commission Russia for the better economic growth.
He further said Russia imports Citrus in last year US$ 738 per ton which was an excellent rate for us. Pakistani Citrus and Mangoes are best in the world as well as in taste and quality.
