Pomegranate juice, like aspirin, can help keep blood platelets from clumping together to form unwanted clots. They are rich in antioxidants which help keep LDL cholesterol from oxidizing.

Hefestus unique technology takes a complete pomegranate and, with soundwave technology and water, separates not only the peel from the arils but the paperthin white membrane surrounding seed clusters as well.

The technology release natural preservative from the skin, which provides natural anti-rancidity protection while coats each seed. To achieve optimal long shelf life, the fruit can also be packed using patented method of sealing trays with Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP technology) called SLB™– Shelf Life Booster.

The best alternative for vacuum packaging is SLBTM which extends product shelf life without using preservatives. SLBTM advantages achieving long-lasting shelf life at low cost, ensure continuous production and low waste.
