France: MAF RODA AGROBOTIC congratulates its Polish customer SGPO “NASZ SAD”!
Apples produced at SGPO “NASZ SAD” have been distinguished with the award “Discover Great Food”, given to products of exceptional quality by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development.
We remember with pleasure, on November 28th, 2008, the “Phenomenal” opening ceremony!
NASZ SAD inaugurated the biggest apple pre-sizing line installed in Poland (35 bins per hour).
SGPO “NASZ SAD” is one of the most important producer groups, and also the most well known, located in the arboriculture region in the central East of Poland.

MAF Roda Agrobotic has been selected for the quality and the reliability of its pre-sizing systems. The line consist of: a DIR (destacker, immersion, restacker), a 4 lane POMONE UNIVERSAL sizer, 28 flumes with a hydro bin filler, a multi purpose bin robot (Wi-Fi ROBOBIN) for setting up empty bins for the refilling and stacking the full bins, and a Bin washer.

MAF Roda Agrobotic®, POMONE UNIVERSAL sizer has been developed to handle fruit and vegetables of a wide variety of sizes and shapes with substantial increase in efficiency.
It has been designed for extreme gentle handling of the fruit: singulator roller with soft contact surface, transfer brushes . . . .

With the latest MAF Roda Agrobotic optical system for quality sorting GLOBALSCAN, installed on the POMONE UNIVERSAL sizer, the fruit is 100% analyzed for optimised results ; three dimensional image reconstitution and a digital high performance double camera system (colour and infrared).
We are very happy and proud that NAZS SAD investment in MAF RODA Agrobotic pre-sizing system has helped to recognize the quality of NAZS SAD products.
