Discover the benefits of top-sealing soft fruits
SEALPAC traysealers are used in a large variety of food segments. Recently, the
soft fruits industry also discovered the benefits of top-sealing. In stead of using traditional lids, major cost savings are achieved by using sealed packaging for strawberries, raspberries and other types of soft fruit. By cutting on lids, packaging and labour costs are decreased, whilst packaging waste is reduced to a minimum. Using SEALPAC’s InsideCut technology, the appearance of the top-sealed pack reaches perfection, resulting in an eye-catching product presentation at point-of-sales. As fresh produce is alive and needs oxygen, several solutions are available for perforating the top film to create the optimum protective atmosphere inside the packs and increase shelf-life.

SEALPAC A7: more flexibility, safety and ease of use
The fully automated SEALPAC A7 unit not only offers users a more flexible packaging process, but it also features innovations in process optimisation, cost-effectiveness and ease of use. Benefits include:
-Sealing of trays in any given format at a high rate
-Perfect packaging of weighable products
-Reduced retooling times
-Servo driven film transport
-Electronic tool recognition (ID) to eliminate sources of error in product switching and tooling exchange
