Exhilarating Valentine’s Day!
More than ever, Pink Lady® will be in touch with European consumers on
Valentine’s Day, with its most powerful media campaign ever, reaching more than 180 million people in all 14 European countries.
Just one strategy: developing awareness of the brand and its values with consumers ages 25 to 59.
Thus, in France, Pink Lady® will have its say on 3 national radio stations (Europe 1, RTL and Chérie FM) and in 5 leading magazines (Femme Actuelle, Prima, Avantages, Biba and Psychologies). Pink Lady® will unveil its all new TV commercial in Germany (on SAT 1, Pro 7 and RTL), the Netherlands (RTL 4, 5, 7, 8 and SBS6) and Austria (RTL, RTL2, VOX and SAT 1). In many countries (Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Italy and Russia) Pink Lady® will mainly be featured on outdoor billboards. A mixture of complementary networks will enable Pink Lady® to be advertised near shopping malls and hypermarket car parks. Above and beyond the sheer strength of the campaign, the objective is to optimise the media investment by getting closer to the act of purchasing. In Denmark, Pink Lady® will even be featured on the shopping carts of the country’s major chains. In Russia, Pink Lady® will have place of honour on the dynamic displays surrounding the ring roads of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
In Italy, in addition to the display campaign, there will be a powerful radio campaign on Radio 101, Radio 105 and Montecarlo, as well as a quiz game for listeners.
Finally, in Portugal and Belgium, an amazing magazine campaign is being rolled out across 6 titles in Portugal, and 16 major Walloon and Flemish magazines in Belgium.
This media campaign accompanies the trade marketing plan, which has been operational since November in the major European retail chains: 170 partner chains involved, over 3,000 days of animation, over 40 consumer quiz games…

Last Minute: Pink Lady® launches its new Valentine’s Day heart package, the first element in a total packaging overhaul currently underway. The objective: bringing attractiveness to the produce aisle and boosting sales.
