Campo de Elche features:
GRANAVIDA: Pomegranates of "more than 1000 years"

“Campo de Elche” is the land of Europe’s pomegranates. For over 1000 years one of the best and most highly valued pomegranate varieties in the world has been cultivated in our area. The “Mollar Elche” is the name given both to the pomegranate and the tree which are endemic to this region.

The Mollar Elche pomegranate has been exported to many countries all over the world but it is only on this beautiful land in the countryside around Elche that the fruit reaches its optimum maturity.

“Campo de Elche” is an agricultural area where there is a tradition of cultivating pomegranates which dates back centuries and these farmers are masters at their profession. Our extraordinary climate and fertile land make this area the perfect place for the growing of Mollar Elche pomegranates.

The area can be found on the shores of the Mediterranean and bordering conservation sites which, just like our virgin beaches, are areas of extraordinary beauty: El Hondo and the Santa Pola salt marshes where thousands of flamingos and migratory birds nest every year.

It is in this region that our family has been growing Mollar Elche pomegranates for generations. We meticulously select our pomegranates by hand so that you can enjoy one of the most highly sought-after pomegranates in the world.

We perfectly time the selection of the best Mollar Elche pomegranates from our crops for the production of our pomegranate juice GRANAVIDA.

A pure pomegranate juice GRANAVIDA is produced using the direct extraction method, maintaining all of the flavour and body of the fruit in its natural form, and preserving all of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals of the fruit.

Our pomegranate juice GRANAVIDA has been granted a certificate by Elche's Miguel Hernandez University, where the contents of the juice have been analysed in the Food Technology Department, and it has been certified a 100% natural product with no additives. In addition the technique and packaging used help to preserve the majority of the antioxidants of the fresh fruit, as well as its vitamins and minerals.
