A rich Lady Muck comes by the doctor after a wasp stung her.

The doctor: "Where the wasp stung you?"

"Oh doctor, I can't say that to you, because I'm so embarrassed."

The doctor: "But I really have to know it, otherwise I can't help you."

"No doctor, if other people know that, they all laugh at me", I am so ashamed."

The doctor: "Listen, I have a duty of confidentiality, so I really not tell anyone where the wasp stung you."
