December 10 and 11 in Saint-Pol-de-Leon

International congress Cauliflower

On December 10 and 11, 2014, the international congress "Cauliflower: Challenges of European production" will take place. The congress, organized by CERAFEL and CTIFL, will be held in French Saint-Pol-de-Leon, Brittany. With 15,500 ha and 1,150 growers, Brittany is the main cauliflower producer in France and Europe.

On the first day, various subjects will be discussed, such as "Cauliflower at the heart of Brittany’s vegetable organization", "Cauliflower market and consumption: what 
are the expectations?", "Crop protection", and a reflection on technical applications for the future. The second day is devoted to several field visits.
