Sofruileg announce partnership with Italian company

SOFRUILEG has announced its alliance agreement with the ORTOFRUIT ITALIA Group in Saluzzo (Piedmont) to develop the Italian market for its Nergi® product.

This new alliance continues the development of the plantation of Arguta Hortgem NERGI varieties in EUROPE and, initially, is planning 500 hectares of new plantations. Over the next 5 years over 60 million consumer units (tubs of 125g) will be brought to market between September and December of each year.

From now on this development (supported by an investment that will exceed several million euros of marketing investment since the creation and launch of the Nergi® concept) will reply on 3 commercial partners to develop the European market in terms of marketing and business:

. Ortofruit Italia installed in Saluzzo (Italy)

Nergi® berries are available again from mid September in shelves in Europe. A fruit known as a berry fruit, rich in vitamin C, micronutrients and fibre. The fruit is sold in 125gr packages. The fruit is similar to its "cousin" the kiwi with a sweet taste and a very close scent of gooseberry.
