Description:
- Ensuring that products, services and information consistently deliver to meet customer expectations.
- Support team to deliver service and / or manage other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgement.
- Manage supplier performance and standards
- Monitor safety and quality of products
- Developing new products and approving specifications
- Improve the quality and value for money of existing products
- Keeping up to date with industry developments through links with third parties


Requirements:
- Graduate with solid background on the related category, with a minimum of 6 -9 years in manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
- Capable of evaluating products against specification.
- Supplier audit and approval capability (including BRC, HACCP, ISO 9000 lead auditor and SA 8000 lead auditor qualifications).
- Good computer skills, Good written and oral communication skills (English).
- Sound analytical approach to sophisticated issues
