Quality Manager-Nr Evesham Worcestershire

A quality manager with experience within the food industry is required for a highly successful and expanding company Nr Evesham

With excellent communication and team building skills you will be responsible for food safety, quality systems, internal audits and preparation and leading of BRC audits.
You will have experience of working towards HACCP ensuring compliance to BRC Global standards and ensuring the business meets its standards related to the food industry regulations in conjunction with the Technical managers.

This role will also encompass:

  • Maintaining customer specifications
  • Investigation of rejections and complaints
  • Using root cause analysis for all non-conformances and instigate corrective action
  • Customer point of contact for quality matters
  • Leading a team of 10
  • Reporting to Site General Manager

Products include berries- and exotic fruits
