Retail Trade / Account Manager

Applications are invited from experienced candidates for the full time position of “Retail Trade /Account Manager” which currently exists at the Mildura Fruit Company.

Mildura Fruit Company (MFC) is one of Australia’s leading citrus packing and marketing organisations, marketing a full range of citrus products extensively with in Australia and to over 30 export destinations. MFC sources citrus from over 100 committed growers along the Murray / Darling River system in Southern Australia, where it operates one very large technologically advanced citrus packing shed with expected production to exceed 4 million cartons.

Steady growth and a changed trading environment has instigated the newly created role which offers an opportunity to take up the challenge of developing and managing citrus sales both in the dynamic export and domestic markets.

Ideal applicants should have trading experience in citrus or at the very least in other fast moving consumable goods, have excellent communication and organisation skills, be quick thinking and have the ability to work in a busy environment.

The position is based in Mildura which a vibrant and progressive regional centre is offering modern facilities in retail, business support, health, education, recreation and hospitality.
