General Manager – Kenya
£50k tax free


Our client has a passion for supplying quality fresh produce to the UK top major retailers.  They are seeking a General Manager to join their establishment in Kenya.

This new role will be reporting to the Managing Director.  With previous experience in a similar environment, your main areas of accountability will cover the day to day running of the business with emphasis on farming, production, planning, recruitment, H&S.

We are looking for a highly versatile and practical hands on manager with an eye for detail  and a good understanding of  a dynamic and challenging environment. Strong leadership and team building skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.

This role offers a tax free package, including relocation, fully expensed car, visa assistance and two free flights per annum.
