Technical / Hi Care Manager - Kenya
Our client has a passion for supplying quality fresh produce to the UK top major retailers. They are seeking a Technical Manager to join their establishment in Kenya to work within their Hi Care facility with prepared vegetables.
You will be responsible for implementing all processes and procedures, initial training, customer liaison and so forth, in order to build a successful technical department for sustainable growth.
This role requires a technically strong, self-motivated, flexible individual who is an effective leader. With customer facing experience in a high care fresh prepared environment, you will need to be a great communicator with a sound commercial understanding.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop their technical skills in the prepared sector and be able to live and work in Kenya.
Salary £25,000
A relocation package is on offer along with a fully expensed car, visa, to holiday flight to the UK.
