Our client is a large multi-national Fresh Produce company. For their operation in Saudi Arabia, Fruit Recruit is currently selecting a: Sales & Procurement Manager

For this role you will be based in Jeddah or Riyadh.

The Main Purpose of the role:
• To manage the procurement of fresh fruit and vegetables for MENA region and
factory production
• To manage the sales of fresh produce to export countries
• Purchasing of 3rd party products when needed

The main areas of responsibility:
• Ensure that the forecast is received from Production Area
• Review fruit calendar to review when fruit should be purchased
• Ensure all fruit is purchased to ensure best quality at best price
• Negotiate price and delivery time with supplier and place order
• Ensure product has arrived on the date and time specified

Knowledge and Skills needed:
• Negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of fruits
• Good contacts with suppliers
• Ability to build good relationships with suppliers and customers
• Flexible
• Understand prices in the market
• Multi tasking skills
• Market Knowledge
• Management skills
