Regional Sales Director                     
Place of Working: USA                    
Job Responsibilities                       
1) Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for markets in cooperation with the sales team;
2) Develop and implement business plans and sales operation plan to promote growth together with the sales team;
3) Drives sources of growth and delivery sales budget;       
4) Responsible for achieving the sales and targets attainment in assigned regions. Maintain contacts with local business and technical associations and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities
5) Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
6) Responsible for meeting Product Margins by identifying market strategies, analyzing industry trends, understand customer needs and providing the customer solution;
7) Drive brand awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients, channel partners and sales team
8) Develop and lead wew product introduction with emphasis on target market success;
9) Head of the sales function and focus in driving new sales across region and managing strategic relationship of key customers;
10) Develop and implement commercial strategies and action plans to accomplish company's goals and targets;
11) Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensure highest delivery of service provided;
12) Ensure team performance and produce succession plans for identified high potential;
Job Requirements                       
At least a Diploma Holder in Business or any related discipline with minimum 05 years solid commercial experience in FMCG/ fresh produce/ agriculture industry;
Have excellent negotiation and communication skills and strong numeric sense. Customer focused, team oriented, and exemplifies strong leadership skills;
Thorough understanding and solid network of relationships within the industry particularly of a large brand business;
Proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position;       
Demonstrate strong closing skills;
