Introducing Sunny Valley Organics, USA
Named after the family’s youngest daughter Sunny, our company was founded in 1989, after several years of sustainable agriculture practices (starting in 1985). We serve our customers with the integrity and attention to detail that only a family business can offer. Adding immaculate farming techniques to produce some of the worlds most outstanding organic produce we incorporate all the wonders that nature has to offer. Originating in Greece three generations ago, the Crisantes family brought the old world Mediterranean farming traditions into the lush Mexican soil.
With an effort to introduce to the world its 100% organic produce, we labored intensely for several years managing to sell only a few boxes of fresh organic vegetables. It was our persistence and loyalty to the organic principles that later gave our customers a new level of consciousness, recognizing the high standards achieved in this Mexican grown produce and elevated the company into new heights.
Headed by Sunny and Miguel Crisantes, Sunny Valley Organics specializes in both growing and distributing 100% certified organic produce for the world market. With an ever expanding growing area located throughout Mexico’s sunshine filled states as well as growing programs in Arizona and California; the word organic begins to resonate throughout. In the last years some of Mexico’s top farmers have joined forces with us in search of an environmentally and socially sound business venture.
In our efforts to offer only the best nature has to offer we combine greenhouse technology with the newest composting, worm casting and integrated pest management techniques. Thanks to the trust and support of North America’s consumer market; from “mom and pop” stores to some of the largest retail and wholesale chains Sunny Valley Organics has found a home. It is with strong commitment to excellence and integrity that we work towards fulfilling the markets needs keeping a firm grasp to the values that make up our family roots.
Celebrating more than a decade in the organic market, we are now offering our produce to the Mexican community in an effort to bring the benefits of healthy eating and environmental consciousness to a new generation. Hoping to cater with our organic produce to more homes around the world, we are determined to serve our customers to the fullest of our abilities.
Sunny Valley Organics, reinventing the way you look at organics.

Introducing Techmark Inc., USA
Techmark’s IRD technology is patented in the U.S.A., Canada, Europe and Japan and for 18 years has become the standard for universities and agricultural commodities companies around the world for setting damage thresholds on fruits and vegetables. IRD users are PepsiCo Foods, Frito-Lay International and North America, and Walkers Snack Foods, which use more than 60 units; others are FMC Foodtech, McCain Foods, Sunkist, FMC-Allen Systems, Chiquita, and hundreds of independent companies and universities worldwide.
Techmark constantly reinvests in our IRD product line with innovative ideas from our client base (such as damage curves) as well as an in-house research and development department (such as the addition of a proprietary Voltage Cut Off system to prevent deep discharge of batteries and longer battery life).
Techmark has a limited warranty of one year with an average repair turn around less than 10 business days. We work very hard at maintaining our clientele after the sale by informing them of new technical developments, new damage curves and providing technical service via telephone, email, or field visits.
Each IRD is calibrated upon casting to ensure exact impact measurements for accuracy, which others do not. Once calibrated in the desired shape, only the IRD uses both real time impact acceleration and velocity change to determine the severity of each impact, which others do not. This is the REQUIRED information needed to accurately assess impact damage.
Impact measurements alone DO NOT provide this pertinent information. We provide damage curves for certain fruits and vegetables to quickly assess and help simplify troubleshooting problem handling areas. All data is available for analyzing using our PCIRD Windows software as well as exporting to a standard spreadsheet software (Excel, etc.).

In September, Techmark began selling our new iPAQ Handheld Kit that will allow the user to connect directly to IRD for instant data collection with impact labeling on the go. This ability provides the user to easily track the IRD as it proceeds through a specific piece of equipment and label the impacts as to exact location.
The iPAQ Pocket IRD software can then analyze the data immediately and present the data in color graphic format as well as data table format. Please visit our website: www.techmark-inc.com for latest information on Techmark and the iPAQ Handheld Kit.
To summarize, impact detection requires both impact acceleration and velocity change to determine true damage to fruits and vegetables as well as eggs. The Techmark IRD’s customized, rugged, waterproof design ensures that this precious information is collected accurately with its on-board microprocessor and triaxial accelerometer. Via our PCIRD Windows software and now our Pocket IRD software, real time impacts can be viewed immediately; both color graphically and in tabular format.

In the developing world, concerns in human health have become as a foreground. Therefore, the importance of the safety as well as the quality of food is taking especially a serious place in the public agenda. Studies are carried out to ensure the safety of food in the Agriculture and Food industry according to the "Traceability" principle.
Tracebility means to follow carefully every step during and after production, post harvest processing and distribution. from "fork to farm". Thanks to the traceability system it can easily be found out from which country, which exporter, which manufactorer's field the unhealthy product has been introduced to the market. The Uzuner Business Limited Company has started to use this traceability system with its agricultural engineers.
How the system works
Every manufacturer who works for our company is given a barcode number on which one can observe what he is producing, in which greenhouse, what type of agricultural field applications have been introduced on a dately base. The producers bring the products together with these producer E-cards to the company. The products are packed individually without being mixed up with one another and the products are labelled.
The barcode numbers of the producers. The final consumer, as he or she wishes, can follow from this barcode number which steps the product has undergone before it reaches to him from our website. On this page, the consumer can also follow the full journey of the product from the field to the table and which (or if any) agro-chemicals or fertilizers have been used.
