Germans eat very little potatoes

German consumers eat, compared to inhabitants of other European countries, very little potatoes according to the website 'Die Welt'. Each German eats annually as recently. That includes potato products such as fries and crisps. That is very little for a European country. For example in Latvia, Poland and Greece an individual eats an average of more than 100 kilograms annually.
