Brazil: Good grape sales foreseen by producers

Exhibitors who participated in the national grape festival, in Caxias do Sul (Brazil), estimate that the commercialization of fruit this year surpassed last year´s event.

There were four grape outlets in the event, where, on Thursday, earnings reached R$30 thousand, with 1,500 cases sold.

Grape kilo prices vary from R$2.50 to R$5.00, according to the variety.

Visitors also had the option of free tasting at the grape palace. The festival ended on Sunday.
