SFI Rotterdam wants to warn colleagues in their branches of a scammer.
"There is a fraudster busy ordering goods on behalf of one of our German clients. He is using the number, +49 157 8370 5058, and calls himself “Kai Henning” of “Kruse Frucht.” He orders loads to be sent to northern German locations such as Bremen, Bremerhaven or Hamburg", says Jan Marc Schulz of this Dutch importer.
"He has approached several Dutch companies. He has also tried to order two cargo loads in Spain, using this German client's name. The German police have, of course, been informed of this. However, they cannot take preventative action abroad", he explains.
