We are very competitive because we are well organised and can supply combined assortments. Nonetheless, we still sell a lot in Italy and can count on a network of sales reps."

Dalvit has extensive experience in the sector. He was a pioneer when it comes to exports towards Russia. "Russian buyers were difficult when it came to quantities, as they required huge volumes. It was not easy to get organised. Then we also reached many Eastern European countries, from Yugoslavia to the gates to the East."
Investment is key to keep up with the time. "One needs to change ones approach and mentality, so as not to be overwhelmed by change and actually take advantage of it."

Romeo Zanotto also deals with organisation. His passion for IT and business management led to the creation of Sistema Ortofrutta JS, a platform that runs on the Windows platform and tested by Join Services, a TeamSystem partner with years of experience.
