Harvest Delites is available at retail grocers in the Midwest alongside Alsum Farms & Produce line of conventional, organic and specialty potato offerings.

“At this year’s PMA Fresh Summit the Alsum Farms & Produce booth will highlight the Potatoes USA Potatoes Fuel Performance messaging and their new “What are you eating?” campaign that shows how potatoes fuel athletic performance,” says Heidi Alsum-Randall, Chief Operating Officer of Alsum Farms & Produce. “The campaign is based on the idea that consistently being your personal best isn’t just about how you train, it’s about what you eat.
