Automation in the asparagus sector thanks to Neubauer Automation
This German company deals with innovative machinery for the processing of shoots. The development is understood to be opportunity to facilitate the workflow, to reduce the costs and to increase productivity.

The automatic electric measuring machine halves the sorting times thus significantly decreasing the labour costs.
The optimized workflows and the smart alignments – such as the load section or the integrated weighing – double the number of measured asparagus, thus maximizing the yields. The Espaso system achieves a 90% efficiency and it can process up to 2 tons per hours, in optimal conditions.
The electronic measurement allows having perfect bunches of asparagus, in terms of length, weight, diameter and quality of the tip.
