Duncan Family Farms, a grower of organic baby lettuces and greens, kales, and herbs with operations in Arizona, California, Oregon and New York, has announced the promotion of Pete Guerrero to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Guerrero has held a number of positions at the company including Food Safety Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and most recently Vice President of Operations. In his new role he will be responsible for implementing the organization’s strategic vision.

According to Duncan Family Farms, Guerrero embodies the company culture. His experience with day-to-day operations and processes allows him to understand the immediate needs of customers, approach decisions with a comprehensive lens, and seek to exceed expectations, the company said.
