China: Haikou's holiday vegetable supply is stable

During the National Day Golden Week, the price of vegetables in Haikou's major farmers' markets fell yesterday, and the price of leafy vegetables was basically the same as before the holiday. It is understood that the city vegetable basket industry group had accumulated a total of 500 tons of stocked vegetables in the reserve before the festival, of which "one yuan" vegetable reserves amounted to about 200 tons. The reserve items include 19 varieties such as potatoes, cabbage, Chinese cabbage and white radish.

As Haikou gradually enters the peak season of vegetable growth, the supply market will be more abundant. It is expected that vegetable prices will continue to maintain a steady and declining trend in the near future.
