China: 17,471 kiwi fruits in a chain to set a world record

During the 2018 World (Xiuwen) Kiwifruit Industry Development Conference and the 4th Guiyang (Xiuwen) Kiwi Festival, a new Guinness World Record title was set in the Xiuwen Yangming Cultural Park. With 17,471 pieces of Xiuwen "7 Bugou" kiwi fruit connecting to form a fruit chain, it has set a new world record. This is the world's longest fruit chain with the largest number of fruits, meaning “kiwi connects the world”, representing the development of the Chinese kiwifruit industry, and the integration of the world's development with China as a main player.
