A fruit vendor at the Souk El Hed in Agadir is said to have kissed a woman without her consent after she bought some grapes from him. The woman filed a complaint against the man. The incident occurred on Tuesday 15 September. The vendor offered the woman the grapes for 8 dirham instead of 10 dirham, but the discount wasn’t free of charge. The fruit vendor only wanted to give the discount in exchange for a kiss.
The woman quickly went to the police station to report the crime, and the fruit vendor was immediately arrested. According to further inspection, the fruit vendor was drunk.
