The first shipment of red-heart kiwifruit from Liupanshui Prefecture in Guizhou, weighing 40 tons, left on September 6th in refrigerated transport and passed through Khorgas Customs in Xinjiang without a problem. This is the first shipment of a total of 350 tons of red-heart kiwifruit produced in Guizhou and destined for the Russian market. The kiwifruit is produced on 100 hectares of kiwifruit orchards in Shuicheng County by Guizhou Qianheng Agricultural Science Development Co., Ltd.
The first, 40-ton shipment consists of 80-100 gr red-heart kiwifruit, which will be for sale in supermarkets in major Russian cities within a week from departure.
