Start of a new stage

Spain: Uvasdoce to market more seedless grapes than seeded ones

The Alicante-based company Uvasdoce has announced that 2018 is year zero for a great future project because, for the first time since its creation, it will be marketing more seedless grapes than seeded ones. It is the start of a new stage, because it is something that they had been striving for for years. They believe that, within a decade, they will only have seedless grapes. The quality of its varietal programs has also contributed to this, since it works with many of the best programs in the sector.



In order to continue growing and moving forward, Uvasdoce cares a lot for its human capital. Consequently, several key positions have been added to the staff to improve working and productive conditions.

Marketing is another of its priorities. The firm is always involved in new projects to bring grapes to its customers in the most fresh and fun way. That's why, like every year, they will make a great effort in packaging redesign, as well as in the launch of new products and the search for innovative strategies. This year, they will surprise us with new merchandising on the occasion of their project "Our Essentials".

This September, the countdown for Fruit Attraction has started again. The event is one of the most important fairs for the sector, held this year in Madrid on October 23, 24 and 25 2018. The company will be there presenting its new projects and innovations. One of the key topics will be the expansion of its master project "Our Essentials" with many surprises.



The project "Our Essentials" was born from the need to explain to its customers and consumers what differences there are between each of the new seedless varieties that are being marketed.

This project has been presented with personalized dolls that represent each of its most famous varieties. It should be noted that all of them have their own personality and are very fun. They share a common feature: they are all seedless.



At the start, in 2017, there were only 4 essentials, but today they have 14 of them, and they are sure that they will continue creating more. Each of them has a name that, in some way, explains one of its most important characteristics.

La Dulce (the Sweet), La Tradicional (the Traditional), La Estilosa (the Stylish), La Remolona (the Laggard), La Celebrity, La Viajera (the Traveller), La Rarita (the Weirdo), El Exquisito (the Choosy) and the little ones, Las Candys: La Fresita (the Little Strawberry), La Rocío, La Robacorazones (the Heartbreaker), La Soñadora (the Dreamer) and La Mordidita (the Bitten).
