Automated solution to filling pouches

At the moment the pouch is a real trend in the food world in the area of packaging. This handy packaging has a folding out bottom and can therefore stand up on the supermarket shelves. With a handle at the top this packing is easy to carry. A zip lock opening is also sometimes possible for this type of packaging, which makes it resealable.

The pouch plays into the need to present products perfectly and to keep fresh products fresh. The pouches are primarily popular for filling with sweets, nuts, seeds or coffee beans. Pouches filled with all kinds of cut and uncut fresh produce are also on the rise.

Filling these pouches can be a difficult and challenging job and is often still a matter of manual labour. Manter has therefore come up with an automated solution to simplify filling the pouches: the Pouchfiller. This ensures that the pouch is automatically removed from storage to end up under the filling opening. There is also space to add a label.
