Higher production with double line traysealer

Now that many retailers want to contribute to the reduction of the amount of plastic packaging, punnet packaging has been replaced by sealed trays. This means demand for topseal packaging is increasing. Ulma Packaging has now introduced a new traysealer, the TSA 1200. The trays are divided between two lines in the sealing space of 1200*500 mm. This means more trays can be handled per cycle (up to 18 cycles per minute), and that the trays can be accurately positioned. Additionally, it’s also possible to pack the products both in controlled atmosphere and vacuum. The TSA 1200 can be integrated in existing production processes.
