(hereafter "Sunlon Benlai") during the six year anniversary of BENLAI.COM in Shenzhen on July 17th, 2018. Together the two companies announced an initial investment of 3 billion yuan [443 million USD]. Sonlun Benlai will have a unique advantage in the import and export of fresh food products, distribution services, overseas storage and distribution structures, sales management, and brand establishment.
