New storage space with cooling in Australia

Tolsma-Grisnich has set up a new storage facility in Tasmania, Australia. The storage is used for cooling and has a capacity of 8,000 tonnes to cool seeding goods.

The seeding goods are stored in boxes. The storage is continually monitored for data like temperature, relative humidity and CO2 by the Vision Control Storage computer.

The storage consists of 10 cooling cells that are each 800 tonnes. A specially developed air system ensures fresh air is circulated through the storage and the CO2 is siphoned away. 10 QCC40 Vario cooling units were installed as coolers and are centrally controlled by the Vision Control.
