Kapiris Bros rolls out cloud technology

The presence of mobile applications in our lives has become as commonplace as eating dinner and sleeping. This trend is now beginning to shift into the agricultural world. LiveFarmer is a mobile application software that caters specifically to farmers, focusing on everything from farm management to quality assurance.

Kapiris Bros has implemented and integrated the latest technology throughout all facets of the organisation, which is accessible to all stakeholders, from agronomists in the field through to our packing facility dispatch team. This presents Kapiris Bros with the opportunity to access live information via the cloud network, ultimately providing forecasts on plant health, pictures and the latest information with relevance to the exact quality of the crop for each individual farm.

Kapiris Bros began using the LiveFarmer technology in October 2016, which has provided significant benefits to their farms and wholesale division along with the distribution and packing facilities they explained.
