According to information collected by the Agrodata Peru website, the main markets for Peruvian avocados between January and May were the Netherlands (with US $139,857,583), Spain (US $49,460,278), the United Kingdom (US $29,024,052), the United States (US $13,864,353), Chile (US $10,815,722), China (US $8,307,881), Hong Kong (US $4,136,447), Costa Rica (US $3,574,780), Russia (US $2,798,985), and other markets that together amounted to US $4.1 million.
According to the same source, in May, the company with the highest exports was Camet Trading SAC with values of US $19,350,000. It was followed by Camposol SA (with placements worth US $13,783,000), Agricultural Cerro Prieto SAC (US $6,478,000), Corporacion Fruticola de Chincha SAC (US $5,797,000), Consorcio de Productores de Fruta SA (US $4,190,000). ), Avocado Packing Company SAC (US $4,084,000), Viru SA (US $3,114,000) and Sociedad Agrícola Drokasa SA (US $1,550,000).
