The organizing committee of the 2018 Asia (Hainan) Fruit and Vegetable Exhibition, have announced that Zhang Yuxi will represent the exhibition. Zhang is CEO of the China Agricultural Market Association and board chair of Xinfadi Market. The exhibition will take place in the Hainan International Conference Center from June 29th until July 1st.

The trade volume of Xinfadi Market in 2017 reached 16.18 million tons with a trade value of 81.6 billion yuan [12.55 billion USD]. Xinfadi Market has been the largest of all 4,600 Chinese agricultural wholesale markets in terms of trade volume and trade value for 14 years in a row. The 2018 Asia (Hainan) Fruit and Vegetable Exhibition will take place in the Hainan International Conference Center (Haikou City, Xiuying District, Haida Street no. 258) from June 29th until July 1st. The exhibition is organized by a joint committee from the Hainan Chamber of Commerce, Hainan Department of Agriculture, iFresh Fair Asia, Hainan Agricultural Product Distribution Association, and Xinfadi Agricultural Wholesale Market.
The theme of this exhibition is "exchange and cooperate-green development". The exhibition covers 13,000 square meter and is estimated to attract 500 participating businesses from China and abroad, with approximately 20% of the participants coming from overseas.
