On 1 October, Boerenbond spokesperson, Luc Vanoirbeek, will step in as the Association of Belgian Horticulture Cooperatives' (VBT) Secretary General. He follows up Philippe Appeltans. Appeltans is joining BelOrta this summer. He is replacing Filip Fontaine as General Director. Vanoirbeek was with Boerenbond for 32 years. He was the Flemish Association for Agricultural companies' spokesperson for less than a year.
