Kronen Customer Day - Anniversary event

KRONEN is organising a special anniversary event where it invites the Fresh-cut sector to its plant in Kehl am Rhein.

KRONEN was founded in 1978 and so it will celebrate its 40th company anniversary in 2018. For the last ten years the machine building company has been organizing an in-house trade show with supporting program every two years, inviting the sector to its headquarter and production site in Kehl am Rhein in Germany.

About 250 participants from around the world are expected to visit this year’s event on 27 and 28 September 2018.

The industry’s prospects are positive and the current incoming orders are exceeding the already high numbers from 2017. Considering this and the successes of last year, KRONEN is optimistic when looking at 2018, a special year for the company also in another regard.

In 2018, it celebrates 40 years of KRONEN and 20 years of Zillgith/KRONEN: In 1978 KRONEN GmbH was founded and in 1998 KRONEN was taken over by Rudolf Hans Zillgith as the Managing Director.

On this occasion, the family business KRONEN has organized an anniversary trade show accompanied by a comprehensive supporting program at its own site in Kehl am Rhein, Germany, in the fall of 2018 and it invites its customers and partners. About 250 participants from around 60 countries are expected to join the event.

Since 2008 the KRONEN Customer Day has taken place every two years. It has been anticipated with great interest from the sector and thus, the number of participants has been increasing continuously. Customers and potential customers (Fresh-cut, convenience food, catering and specialty food producers) as well as partners of the company are invited to the event.

At the in-house exhibition on 28 September, KRONEN and its system partners GKS Packaging, Marco Integrated Weighing, Prominent, sterilAir and zti smart machines will show off the newest solutions as well as the numerous proven machines for processing lettuce, vegetables and fruit – on a space of about 3.200 m² in the demonstration center and in the production halls.

Additionally, and for the first time, short lectures on future-oriented topics will be offered in the new “KRONEN Forum“. The speeches are held in English.
